Export Excel / CSV only include the rows currently shown by the filters above — filter to a Period for a clean month-end file. Excel opens as a real workbook with separate Entries, Sub-tasks and Discussion Thread tabs. Backup (JSON) always captures every entry, so it stays a full safety copy for Restore.

Escalation · Team → Command
This filter bar controls the Meetings list right below it (Period/Priority/My Team/My Command/Direction stay in sync with the sidebar). The Sub-unit Summary further down always reflects the sidebar selection instead — it's no longer tied to this toolbar.

📅 Meetings

Log your regular Family Meeting or an adhoc meeting and set its date, time, and frequency. Click "Select Tickets" on a meeting, then check as many tickets as you want straight from the summary below to tie them to that meeting. Click a meeting card (or "Edit") to open its Objective, Priority, Next Action checklist, and Notes — double-click the card (or click "🖥 Present") to open a clean presentation view of just that meeting in a new window instead.
Sub-unit Summary
Every scheduled meeting, one row each — same live checkboxes, progress bar, and drag-to-reorder as the Ticket Log tab, just for each meeting's own Next Action checklist. Schedule meetings and pick their tickets from the Summary tab.

Recently Edited Tickets Shown
Always the 20 tickets with the most recent activity — any change to a ticket's fields, checklists, or notes bumps it back to the top. Use Edit/Sum here exactly like the Ticket Log tab; this view has no filters of its own, it just tracks what's freshest.

Rename a team heading to relabel it everywhere in the app (sidebar, badges, filters, exports). Add a brand-new team heading below if MKT / STG / BD aren't the full picture — it gets its own color, sidebar entry, stat tile, and sub-unit list automatically. A team already used by a ticket can't be removed until those tickets are moved to another team.
One shared tag list (each name + a distinct color), used everywhere a tag can be applied — Next Action sub-tasks and each ticket's Project Type both pick from this exact same list, so a tag always looks identical no matter where it's used. An item can carry several tags at once — pick them from the "+ tag" dropdown wherever tagging is available.
